目的观察蒙药治疗流行性感冒疗效。方法选择符合要求的32例流行性感冒患者,服用蒙成药查干-汤散、额尔敦-7味汤散和呼和嘎日迪-9味丸治疗3 d,观察流感主要状况的改善情况及起效时间,计算总有效率。结果治疗后发热、咽喉疼痛、鼻塞、流涕、头痛等症状明显好转或消失（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,但咳嗽和口渴等症状无明显改善;治疗3 d后临床总有效率达96.9%;治疗第1 d痊愈率为40.6%,显效率为46.9%。结论查干-汤散、额尔敦-7味汤散和呼和嘎日迪-9味丸联合用药对流行性感冒疗效显著,起效快。
英文摘要：
Objective To observe the effi cacy of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of infl uenza. Methods Thirty two cases of infl uenza patient were selected to take Mongolian medicine ＂Chagan decoction（powder） ＂,＂Eerdun Qiwei decoction＂and ＂Huhegaridi Jiuwei pill＂for three days. The major improvement and onset time of infl uenza were observed. Results After treatment, the symptoms of fever, sore throats, stuffy or runny noes and headache were improved or eliminated（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, while the symptoms of cough and thirsty were not obviously improved. The total clinical effective rate was 96.9%;The cure rate and significant efficacy were 40.6% and 46.9% in the first day of treatment. Conclusion Mongolian medicine ＂Chagan decoction（powder） ＂, ＂Eerdun Qiwei decoction＂ combined with ＂Huhegaridi Jiuwei pill＂ has signifi cant curative effect in the treatment of infl uenza.
