利用TiO2对壳聚糖进行改性,优化壳聚糖纳米TiO2复合膜,检测纳米TiO2添加量对复合膜的透性的影响,并对嫩姜进行涂膜保鲜。结果表明:当壳聚糖含量为1g,纳米TiO2为0.03g,冰乙酸为1mL时,优化膜透O2系数为0.0437g/d,透CO2系数为0.2702g/d,透O2系数比空白膜增强了4倍,透CO2系数降低了24%,透光率有所降低。应用于嫩姜保鲜时,经优化膜处理嫩姜的Vc、姜辣素含量比不涂膜的嫩姜提高了23%、26%,故改性壳聚糖纳米TiO2复合保鲜膜有利于延长果蔬采后贮藏的保鲜时间。
Nano-TiO2 was used to modify chitosan, the chitosan nano-TiO2 composite membrane was optimized, the effection of the permeability of the chitosan nano-TiO2 composite membrane was detected with addition of amount of nano-TiO2, and tender ginger was keep fresh by coating membrane .The results shows that when the content of chitosan is lg, nano-TiO2 is 0.03 g, glacial acetic acid is 1 mL, the O2 coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is 0.0437 (g/d), the CO2 coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is 0.2702 (g/d), the O2 coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is 4 times more than blank membrane and the CO2 coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is reduced by 24%, rate of Light transmittance of optimized membrane is to bring down.When applied to tender ginger fresh-keeping, the content of V-C and gingerol of the tender ginger which was treated by optimizing composite membrane are increased by 23%,26% eomprared with those uncoated with, which is devoted to extend the .stroring and freshing days.
