英文摘要：

The article has arranged and briefly commented the relative description of the human charter and spirit of The Hakka. It has pointed out that the current analysis of The Hakka＇ s academic charter and spirit has failed to cross the traditional culture＇ s range and this topic has been widely divided. The research of the Hakka＇ s human specialty and spirit is a topic of relatively in high level in the Hakka＇s academic research. It is also a problem which can not be overlooked and needs to be resolved immediately with the extent of the Hakka research and impact of the Hakka＇ s culture. Therefore, it is an important task which the Hakka＇s academic field faces to deeply excavate the connation of the Hakka＇s culture and give a systemic and scientific outline of the character and spirit of the Hakka＇ s culture.
