利用蔗糖-三聚氰胺-甲醛共缩聚树脂(SMF)制备桉树定向刨花板,通过正交试验,研究热压温度、热压时间、施胶量对桉树OSB的内结合强度、静曲强度、弹性模量、24 h吸水膨胀率的影响,结果表明:影响桉树OSB物理力学性能的主次顺序为热压温度〉热压时间〉施胶量,其优化方案为:热压温度155℃,热压时间14 min,施胶量14%,该方案制备的桉树OSB超过OSB/4标准。
Eucalyptus Oriented Strand Board( OSB) was prepared by using the sucrose-melamine-formaldehyde copolymer resin( SMF) to study the impacts of pressing temperature,pressing time and resin content on the bonding strength,bending strength,modulus of elasticity and 24 h water swelling rate.The results showed that the order of factors that influenced Eucalyptus OSB mechanical properties was pressing temperature pressing time glue content. The optimal solution was 155℃ of pressing temperature,14 min. of pressing time and 14% of glue content. Eucalyptus OSB prepared with this solution surpassed the standard of OSB/4.
