对河南省业余体校武术教练员队伍现状进行调查分析,结果表明河南省业余体校武术教练员队伍年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构较合理,年轻化趋势明显,是一支很有发展前途的教练员队伍.但科研能力弱,工作环境情况较差等因素制约着教练员素质与训练水平的进一步提高.因此提出一些建设性意见,希望能够引起有关部门的更多关注.
英文摘要：
Adopting the study methods of questionnaire survey and logical analysis, the paper investigate and research about the martial arts coach in amateur sports school of henan province. The research indicates that the martial arts coach＇s age structure, professional title structure and education structure are reasonable, but their scientific research ability are weak and the school training environment is inferior, which are restricting the enhancement of the coach＇s quality and the training level. And so the research provides some constructive opinions and hopes that the relevant department can pay more and more attention about these martial arts coaches.
