为了了解莲纤维的化学性能,为开发莲纤维织物提供理论依据,通过分析比较纤维在不同浓度、不同温度的化学试剂中的溶解情况、色泽变化及一次拉伸断裂性能变化,研究了莲纤维的耐化学试剂性能,并与棉纤维作比较。结果表明:莲纤维对酸敏感性很强,即稳定性较差。酸对莲纤维作用的强弱程度取决于酸的种类、浓度、作用时间及温度。硫酸、盐酸这两大无机强酸对莲纤维破坏强烈,冰乙酸对莲纤维作用则较弱。莲纤维像棉纤维等天然纤维素纤维一样,在碱溶剂中稳定性好。但莲纤维对氧化剂的稳定性一般,抗氧化性与棉纤维相近,不同的氧化剂对莲纤维的氧化作用不同,所以必须严格控制工艺条件,以免莲纤维织物的强度受破坏。
To understand the chemical properties of lotus fiber could provide theoretical basis for developing lotus fiber fabric. Through analyzing and comparing the dissolution, colour and tensile properties change at different concentration, different temperatures of the chemical reagents, the chemical properties of lotus fiber were researched. The results showed that lotus fiber is highly sensitive to acid, which is poor stability. The effect of acid on lotus fiber according to the type of acid, concentration, action time and temperature varies. The two big inorganic acid, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid can destroy strong on lotus fibers, and glacial acetic acid on the lotus fiber was relatively weak. Lotus fibers like other natural cellulose fibers such as cotton fibers have good stability in alkaline solvents. However, the oxidant stability of lotus fiber is in general, and the oxidation resistance is similar to cotton fibers. The oxidation of different oxidants on lotus fiber is different, so the process conditions must be strictly controlled to avoid damage lotus fabric strength.
