It has important theoretical and practical significance to study the contemporary implications of justice of go-vernment systems. In this article, the author examines the concept of government system justice in western academia and research results of domestic scholars. Then, based on Marxism concept of justice, the author advances the contemporary implications of the government system justice：in the specific background of China, government system justice is a reasonable status for the government to manage and handle the public affairs which can ensure individual freedom and social order, as well as productive efficiency and distributive justice. It focuses on people＇s basic interests and guaranteed by a series of specific mechanisms.
