A frame method baesd on Agent simulator was presented.It was used for designing a structural evacuation plan for the complex technological system in crisis.In this method,the evacuation plan of the entirety system was designed using the simulation of the complex adaptive system and with the method based on intelligent agency simulation as a cognitive tool.The structural evacuation plan was designed with the holistic technological frame proposed in this paper instead of the standard conventional method.Therefore,a suggestive plan was proposed to adjust the emergency at the crisis moment,to make evacuated people more adaptive and to reduce ineffective evacuation.The frame method was used in a subway fire whick was a typical complex adaptive system.
