Zhi He was born in 1988. She received the B.S. degree in School of Mathematics from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2009. Currently, she is working towards the Ph.D. degree in con- trol science and engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology. Her research interests include Hilbert-Huang transform and its application to atmosphere analysis. E-mail： hzhdhz@ 126.com Corresponding author.Yi Shen was born in 1965. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1985, 1988, and 1995, respectively. Since 1997, he has been a professor with the Department of Control Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology. His current research interests include fault diagnosis of control system, ultrasound signal processing, and flight vehicle control. E-mail： shen@hit.edu.cn Qiang Wang was born in 1975. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in control science and engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1998, 2000, and 2004, respectively.
