红树林内生真菌SBE-14次级代谢产物及其活性研究

Bacillosporin C,D及3个Xanthones类化合物:1,3,6-三羟基-8-甲基-Xanthone,Griseoxanthone C,Sterig-matocystin是中国南海红树林内生真菌SBE-14的次级代谢产物,Bacillosporin C和D是一类含7个环结构特殊的化合物,是首次从海洋真菌分离得到,其药理活性未见报道。药理活性试验结果表明Bacillosporin C和D有强的抑制KB细胞活性,Griseoxanthone C有强的抑制Hep2细胞的活性,Sterigmatocystin只有弱的抑制Hep2细胞的活性。

英文摘要:

Bacillosporin C , D , 1, 3, 6-trihydroxyl-8-methyl-xanthone, griseoxan thone C, and sterig-matocystin were the metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus SBE-14 from South China Sea. The chemical structures of Bacillosporin C and D are special, whith contain seven cycles. Bacillosporin C and D were firstly isolated from marine fungus, and their bioactivities were not reported. In our primary inhibiting KB and Hep2 cells experiments, the results showed that bacillosporin C and D indicated strong inhibiting KB cells activities and griseoxanthone C showed strong inhibiting Hep2 cells, but sterigmatocystin showed almost no activity to Hep2 cells.
