改革开放以来,单位社会不断蜕变并新生,单位在体制、组织、结构、功能及类型、形态等方面发生着显著变化。这些新变化和新局面引起了单位及其管理者、职工及其代表组织、政府部门等相关利益主体之间的力量消长与关系调适,导致就业、工资、福利、保障领域的转变,并成为劳动关系不协调的根源,致使单位治理失调。立足于民主治理与社会和谐,梳理改革开放以来单位社会变化的基本要点、内在动因以及存在的问题,可以有效地改善单位治理困境。
Since the Reform and Opening-up,unit society has changed and reformed a lot,especially in the system,organizational structure,types and functions.These new changes and situations have led to the adjustment of relationship between the unit and its administrators,employees and the government,and also resulted in the transformation of employment,wages,welfare and social security.Based on democratic governance of unit and social harmony,this research reviews the major changes of unit society,the underlying causes and problems that still exist since the Reform and Opening-up,in the hope of resolving the dilemmas of unit governance.
