应用型本科教师评价与大学教师评价是特殊与一般的关系。在大学教师评价的范畴内,应用型本科应以分类评价为指向确立教师评价的总体定位,应把社会、教师和学生作为建设重点,推动评价主体多元化,并依据共性与个性相统一、教师岗位的区分、文理分科的原则,分类分块合理构建教师评价标准。
The relationship between application-oriented university teacher evaluation and university teacher evaluation is the relationship of particularity and generality. In the scope of university teacher evaluation,application-oriented university should take the classification evaluation as the overall orientation,take the society,teachers and students as the emphasis,promote the diversification of evaluators,construct reasonably teacher evaluation criteria with classification and modules,according to the unity of common and individual characteristics,the division of teacher posts,and the division between liberal arts and science.
