The traditional college English writing teaching pays attention to language skills and neglects the cultivation of stu- dents＇ critical thinking ability, resulting in vacuous and illogical writing. Therefore, it has a positive effect to strengthen teachers＇ awareness of critical thinking, and combine critical thinking abil- ity with college English writing teaching from teaching resources, writing process, performance evaluation and so on.
