合作创新是提升一国产业竞争力的重要途径，我国合作创新研究起步相对较晚，但近年来在国家政策和科学基金的支持下，经过学者的不懈努力，取得了丰硕成果。从合作创新研究的基金资助和成果产出两个角度展现合作创新研究的现状，通过对1999--2014年期间合作创新领域国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金资助课题以及发表的合作创新相关主题期刊文献的统计分析，梳理我国合作创新研究发展特点，在时间、空间维度展示我国合作创新研究分布情况，总结合作创新领域主要的研究主题、研究问题，并找到核心研究者和优势研究机构，对其擅长的研究领域进行进一步分析，在资助课题和发表论文的对比中，揭示我国合作创新研究的现状。

英文摘要：

Cooperative innovation is a significant way to promote competitive power of industry. Through analyzing the cooperative innovation related projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China （NSFC） and The National Social Science Fund of China （NSSFC） and published papers on the journal in the period of 1999-2014, this paper reveals time and region distribution of cooperative innovation study, and summarizes the main topics and questions in the field on the perspective of funds and outcomes. It also finds the core researchers and advantaged organizations, and does further research to analyze their study field. Finally, it indicates the cooperative innovation situation in China. On one hand, there are plenty of meaningful achievements after several years endeavor though the study of cooperative innovation start late in China. On the other hand, focusing on the study of cooperative innovation, there are also unbalance of regions, lack of innovation theory, fundamental research and exploring questions.
