产学研合作对学者反向影响的研究对理解学者产学合作动因有重要意义。基于社会资本的三种维度,选取通信产业电通信领域产学研合作申请专利信息,构建学者与企业合作的社会网络,分析网络中社会资本对学者学术和技术绩效的影响。研究表明：结构资本中程度中心性对学者技术绩效产生正向影响,而对学术绩效的影响不显著;中介中心性对学者学术绩效与技术绩效均产生正向影响;衡量认知资本的团队多样性对学者的绩效产生负向影响。研究结果呈现中介学者在产学研合作中的重要作用,为产学研制度建设提出了政策启示。
英文摘要：
Study on the reverse process how university-industry link affect the performance of scholar is import to know scholars＇ motivation to commercialize. We use patents with H04 IPC in Telecommunication sector which were applied by university and firm to build inventors＇ network. Social network method was used to verify the effeet of scholars＇ social capital （structural capital, relational capital and cognitive capital） with industry on scholars performance. The results show that effects of degree centrality on research performance and technical performance is different, degree centrality has positive effects on scholars＇ technical performance but not research performance Betweenness centrality has positive effects on scholars＇ research performance and technical performance. Team diversity which measure cognitive capital has negative effects on scholars＇ performance
