微课模式在就业指导教学中具有一定的应用空间,是目前最为流行的教学模式,具有时间短、节奏快、教学内容集中、教学手段多样、构建简易、传播便利、反馈性强、趣味性高等优势。基于对高校就业指导教学实行微课模式的优势分析,提出对大学生就业指导教学实现微课化的两大策略,即源于微课化的开发策略、教学微课化的实施策略,旨在为高校创新性开展就业指导教学提供参考。
