原油预热装置是炼厂热量回收利用的重要组成部分,提高原油的终温可有效降低加热炉瓦斯气的消耗.而结垢则严重地影响换热器的效率,导致工艺参数偏离设计值.根据结垢阈值模型,结垢速率与换热器壁温呈正相关.本文在利用传统的夹点技术改造某常减压预热装置的基础上,考虑换热器的结垢问题.通过重新匹配冷热物流降低壁温,采用夹点技术从能量回收和结垢两方面提出改造方案.计算结果表明,考虑结垢的换热网络优化方案,节能效益显著.
Crude preheat train is the major unit for heat recovery, and fuel consumption can be reduced by increasing the outlet temperature of crude oil. Fouling decreases the efficiency of heat exchanger severely, resulting in a big deviation of key process parameters from design values. It can be concluded from threshold model that fouling rate is positively correlated with the wall temperature of the heat exchanger. This paper considers fouling problem of heat exchangers based on conventional revamp of a crude oil preheating trains using pinch technology. It reduces the wall temperature by re-matching the hot and cold streams, and proposes retrofit schemes from heat recovery and fouling these two aspects using pinch technology. The result of calculation shows that the optimization scheme of the heat exchanger network considering fouling problem is notable in energy saving benefit.
