通过对上海踩踏事件中的@上海发布进行案例分析和统计分析发现,在应对网络舆论危机中政务微博内容和媒体关注点存在呼应;内容的发布在危机的不同阶段频率不一各有侧重;舆论危机爆发快周期长,消退缓慢;微博应对网络舆论危机的关键是展现坦诚谦卑的态度,满足公众的期待;网民情绪决定了舆论危机的程度等。政务微博应该在活跃与网民的深度互动、加强与传统媒体的信息协调、深化与微信类社交媒体的联动等方面实现网络舆论危机的合力治理。
Based on content analysis and statistical analysis of the governmental weibo in Shanghai Stampede,the research show s that:during the internet public opinion,the content of governmental weibo responds to the focus of media; the release of content in different stages of crisis has different frequency and focus; the public opinion breaks out abruptly,sustains for a long period and fades slowly; the key of weibo response to public opinion crisis is that weibo show s frankness,honesty and humanity and meets with the public's expectations;the netizens' mood determines the degree of public opinion crisis,etc. The governmental weibo should adopt a comprehensive approach including activating its interaction with netizens,strengthening the information communication and coordination with traditional media,and deepening the linkage with social media such as Wechat to realize the effective governance of internet public opinion crisis.
