信息技术革命和中国社会的转型，催生虚拟社会治理研究的兴起。本文探讨虚拟社会的概念、虚拟社会治理的逻辑起点、社会分层与虚拟社会治理、流动空间与虚拟社会治理、越轨行为与虚拟社会治理和虚拟社会治理模式等，认为现实社会和虚拟社会的“虚实关系”是虚拟社会治理的逻辑起点；虚拟社会治理应考虑到中国特殊的国情和网情，不被西方发达国家的价值审视和批判干扰；中国虚拟社会治理的模式应从政府主导型走向多中心协同治理。
英文摘要：
IT revolution and the transformation of Chinese society make virtual social governance research to be a hot topic in the academic area .This article explores the concept of virtual society, the key point of virtual social governance, how to deal with social stratification, flow space, deviant behavior in virtual society. And the governance mode of virtual society has also been focused .When it comes to virtual society, we first should know the relation between virtual socie- ty and the real world. China＇s national situation and the specific ＂internet conditions＂ should be considered to virtual so- cial governance,especially when some Western countries criticize our policies about virtual society just using their val- ue.Also the governance model of virtual society should make a big change, from government-- led to multi-- center collaborative governance .
