科技型人才是特定的优秀群体,也是拥有知识量较多的群体。科技型人才在流动、聚集到聚集效应产生的过程中,会受一些因素的影响对知识进行选择性转移,使得其知识的转移呈现出一定的偏好。从地理、区域文化、制度、学科、认知、风险方面研究科技型人才聚集视角下的知识转移偏好,旨在有效地聚集科技型人才,提高科技型人才使用效率,提升知识转移的成效,促进科技型人才聚集效应的产生与提升,推动区域科技的进步与创新。

Technological talents are the special excellent group who own an abundant of knowledge.Technological talents would be affected by some certain factors to transfer knowledge selectively while floating,aggregating and producing aggregation.From these points of geography,regional culture,system,discipline and risk,this paper studies on the knowledge transfer preference from the view of technological talent aggregation in order to aggregate technological talents efficiently,enhance the efficiency of technological talents,heighten the effect of knowledge transformation,advance the production and promotion of technological talent aggregation and improve regional technology progress and innovation.
