人才的合理流动，会形成人才聚集现象，从而产生人才聚集效应。随着广义虚拟经济时代的到来，对于具有广义虚拟经济时代特色的人才聚集效应的研究显得尤为迫切，因此，本文首先对广义虚拟经济的内涵及特点进行归纳分析，而后采用广义虚拟经济的思维方式，结合广义虚拟经济的特点，对人才聚集现象的定义及特征进行重新诠释，最后，从广义虚拟经济视角进一步分析了人才聚集的效应。

The reasonable flow oftalent will give birth to the phenomenon oftalent accumulation. That will lead to the effect of talent accumulation. With the development of the generalized virtual economy, the research for the effect of talent accumulation with generalized virtual economic characteristics is particularly urgent. Therefore,the article firstly summarized and analyzed the content and characteristics of the generalized virtual economy, and then from the perspective of the generalized virtual economy, we re-interpreted the definition and characteristics of the phenomenon of talent accumulation.
