从影响高层次科技人才发展的经济环境、科技环境、社会环境、生活环境、自然环境和人才市场环境等6大因素入手,选择33项评价指标,运用熵权法对我国内地(除西藏外)四大区域30个省(市、自治区)的高层次科技人才发展环境进行评价与比较。研究表明:四大区域人才发展环境差异显著,东部地区优势明显,东北地区次之,中部地区较弱,西部地区最差,区域内部各省(市,自治区)的人才发展环境也呈现明显差异。
From affecting the development of high-level talents of science and technology and economic environment ,tech-nology environment ,social environment ,living environment ,natural environment and talent market environment and so on six factors ,employing entropy method ,the paper comprehensively evaluates the development environment of high-level scientific talents in the mainland (except Tibet ) four regions 30 provinces based on 33 indexes concerning economy ,sci-ence ,society ,life ,nature and talent market .The results show the development environments of high-level scientific tal-ents differ significantly in China ,with eastern China has a clear advantage ,followed by northeastern ,central and western China ,and differences also exist among the provinces within one region .
