区域科技投入是科技型人才发展的强力支撑,对科技型人才聚集效应的产生与提升具有重要影响。首先研究了科技型人才聚集效应、科技投入构成要素及其对科技型人才聚集效应的影响。在此基础上,对山西的科技政策投入、科技人才投入、科技基础设施投入和科技经费投入进行了分析,提出了优化山西省科技投入、提升山西省科技型人才聚集效应的对策建议,旨在推动山西省的科技进步和经济发展。

Regional investment in science and technology is powerful support for science and technology talent development and has great influence on production and promotion of the science and technological talents mass effect.This paper studies the mass effect of the science and technological talents,the elements of science and technology investment and its affect to the mass effect of the science and technological talents.On the basis,this paper analyzes the science and technology policy investment,science and technology talent investment,technological infrastructure investment and science and technology funding investment in Shanxi,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ameliorate science and technology investment and enhance the mass effect of science and technological talents in Shanxi.This paper aims to promote scientific and technological progress and economic development.
