本试验通过日粮中添加丁酸钠研究其对肉鸡小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的影响。将32只1日龄健康AA肉鸡随机分为4个处理组:A组(对照组:基础日粮)、B组(丁酸钠组:基础日粮+500mg/kg丁酸钠)、C组(丁酸钠+芽孢杆菌组:基础日粮+100mg/kg丁酸钠+200mg/kg芽孢杆菌)和D组(丁酸钠+酶制剂组:基础日粮+100mg/kg丁酸钠+500mg/kg酶制剂)。试验7周后,采用组织学技术研究肉鸡小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的分布变化。结果显示:(1)与对照组比较,小肠肥大细胞、上皮内淋巴细胞及杯状细胞的形态无明显变化,肥大细胞多存在于肠腺周围和肠绒毛固有层;(2)各试验组的小肠肥大细胞、上皮内淋巴细胞及杯状细胞数均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);(3)各试验组和对照组小肠肥大细胞和上皮内淋巴细胞数均从前向后逐渐减少,十二指肠的肥大细胞最多,空肠的次之,回肠的较少;杯状细胞数则与之相反。由此可知,3种添加剂可不同程度地改善肉鸡小肠黏膜结构,且将丁酸钠分别与芽孢杆菌和酶制剂混合饲喂,效果在一定程度上好于单独饲喂丁酸钠。
Thirty-two healthy one-day-old AA broilers were divided into 4 groups in this study. The groups were as follows.. group A with basal diet, group B with basal diet and antibiotic (500 mg/kg sodium butyrate), group C with basal diet, 100 mg/kg sodium butyrate and 200 mg/kg bacillus, and group D with basal diet, 100 mg/kg sodium butyrate and 500 mg/kg enzyme preparation. After 7 weeks, the distribution and structure of mast cell, intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cells in the small intestine of AA broilers were observed and the length of its mucosal was measured by light microscope. The results showed that.. (1) there were no differences in the morphological change of mast cell, intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cells of small intestine among A, B, C and D groups. And most mast cells existed around the enteraden and the lamina propria of intestinal villi; (2) the number of mast cell, intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cells in experimental groups was larger than that of control group(P〈0.05) ; (3) the number of mast cell and intraepithelial lymphocyte in the small intestine gradually decreased from cranial to caudal in all groups, which meant the number of mast cell of duodenal, jejunum and ileum was decreased successively, but goblet cells were increased. In conclusion, three feed additives could be used to increase the number of mast cell, intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cells and improve the mucosal immunity of small intestine in AA broiler. And the result by adding sodium butyrate to the basal diets with bacillus or enzyme preparation was better than using sodium butyrate only.
