为了研究雌二醇对大鼠小肠肥大细胞的影响,将30只Wistar健康雌性大鼠进行同期发情处理后于发情间情期,随机分为5组。对照组:只做假手术;OVX组:双侧卵巢摘除;OVX+E1组:双侧卵巢摘除+雌二醇20μg/kg.d;OVX+E2组:双侧卵巢摘除+雌二醇100μg/kg.d;OVX+E3组:双侧卵巢摘除+雌二醇200μg/kg.d,连续用药7 d后宰杀,观察小肠肥大细胞的分布和数量的变化。结果和对照组相比,OVX组大鼠的小肠肥大细胞的数量显著减少;补充3种剂量的雌二醇后,和OVX组相比,OVX+E1组与OVX组差异不显著;OVX+E2组和OVX+E3组均与OVX组差异极显著。结果表明,卵巢摘除使大鼠小肠肥大细胞数量减少,补充适量雌二醇可以改善这一影响。
To explore the effect of estradiol on mast cells in small intestine of the rat, thirty Wistar female rats were induced to oestrous synchronization and then were divided into five groups in the dioestrus:Control group(shame operated),OVX group(ovariectomy),OVX+E1 group(ovariectomy and injecting with 20 μg/kg estradiol,once a day),OVX+E2 group(ovariectomy and injecting with 100 μg/kg estradiol,once a day),OVX+E3 group(ovariectomy and injecting with 200 μg/kg estradiol,once a day). A week later,the rats of each group were killed and mast cells were observed by light microscope. In the OVX group,the counts of mast cells were decreased. There was significant difference between Control group and OVX group,or between OVX group and OVX+E2group,or between OVX group and OVX+E3 group, but there wasn′t significant difference between OVX+E1 group and OVX group. The result indicated that the counts of mast cells decreased greatly when rats ovaries were removed,and proper dosage of estradiol(100 μg/kg per day for 7 days)would improve the counts of mast cells of the ovariectomy rat to some degree.
