应用组织学和组织化学方法研究不同浓度(0、1%、2%、5%和10%)的大蒜对小鼠小肠黏膜结构的影响及部分黏膜免疫相关细胞的分布与数量变化规律。结果发现,1%大蒜对小鼠小肠黏膜结构影响较好,肠绒毛长度最长、V/C比值最大、黏膜厚度最厚,1%大蒜对改善和增强小鼠小肠的消化吸收功能效果较好。
The effect at garlic of different concentrations (0, 1 %, 2 %, 5 % and 10 %) on the mucosal structures and number changes of mucosal immunity-associated cells were studied in small intestine of mouse using histology and histochemistry methods. The result showed that garlic of 1% had better effect on mucosal structures with the longest intestine villus and the largest ratio value of V/C and the thickest mucosa at different concentrations. Garlic of 1% can improve digestion function of intestines.
