将创新搜寻和失败学习理论引入组织创新绩效研究,在文献分析的基础上,对外部创新搜寻、失败学习和组织创新绩效之间的关系分别进行了理论假设和实证检验.研究结果表明,外部创新搜寻的搜寻宽度、本地搜寻深度分别对失败学习和组织创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,远程搜寻深度的显著作用未得到验证,失败学习对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,并在外部创新搜寻和组织创新绩效之间起部分中介作用.最后,对结论进行了简要探讨并提出了相关启示.
Based on the theory of innovation search and learning from failure, it analyzed and made an empirical test on the relationship among external innovative search, learning from failure and organizational innovation performance. Re- sults show that search width, local search depth has significant positive impact on the failure of learning and organiza- tional innovation performance ; significant effects of remote searching depth aren't verified; learning from failure has sig- nificant effect on organizational innovation performance, and plays a partial mediating role between external innovation search and innovation performance. Finally, it briefly discussed the conclusions and got some enlightenments.
