本文基于前人相关研究成果,提出了团队氛围、个体创造力与团队创造力之间关系的理论假设,继而运用结构方程建模的方法对这世假设进行了检验。研究结果表明,团队氛围对个体创造力有显著影响,对团队创造力有间接影响,个体创造力与团队创造力正相关。
Based on previous research, this article proposed several relevant theoretical hypotheses between team climate, individual creativity and team creativity, which is tested by structural equation modeling method then. The results show that the team climate has appreciable impact on individual creativity, and also has a indirect effect on team creativity, individual creativity and team creativity are positively correlated.
