在界定知识异质性和知识创新绩效概念的基础上,基于相关研究文献,提出了知识异质性与知识创新绩效的关系假设,以企业研发团队为例,通过对有研发团队工作经验的142名员工进行问卷调查,并对获得的有关数据进行了分析。研究结果显示:团队成员的教育背景异质性对知识创新绩效产生负面影响;知识技能与职业经验异质性对研发团队知识创新绩效均有积极显著影响,藉此进行了实证分析,进而提出了对策建议。
Based on the analyses and discussions on the concept of knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge innovation performance, the article discusses the relationship hypothesis between knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge innovation performance, based on literature review. Then, certain hypotheses are brought forward and investigation questionnaires for the case verification are obtained by visiting 142 group members with group work experiences in R&D teams. The study finds that the heterogeneity of education background has negative influence on the knowledge innovation performance, the knowledge skills and professional experience heterogeneity has positive influence on the knowledge innovation perform- ance. In the last part,the results of the research are discussed,and relevant countermeasures are put forward.
