基于已有文献系统地归纳了影响团队创造力的团队内部因素和团队外部因素,构建了比较完整的团队社会资本结构模型与测量指标体系,详细探讨了团队内部社会资本(六个测量指标)、团队外部社会资本(四个测量指标)与团队创造力之间的因果关系,得出了若干具有重要理论价值和实践意义的命题,在此基础上建立了团队社会资本与团队创造力之关系的理论模型。
This article systematically summarizes the internal and external factors impacting team creativity based on literatures,constructs a relatively complete team social capital structure model and measurement index system,and discusses the relationships among team internal social capital(six measurement index),team external social capital(four measurement index) and team creativity.Then,the article draws several propositions with important theoretical and practical significance,and builds a theoretical model of the relationship between team social capital and team creativity based on the above analysis.
