深孔直线度是深孔零部件质量的重要指标,由于深孔的自身特点目前尚无高精度高效率的测量手段。为此提出了一种利用超声波与反转法原理测算深孔直线度的理论及相关计算方法,设计了相应的测量装置。通过所设计的装置进行深孔直线度的测量及数据处理,实验证明该装置能满足测量要求,且效率高,具有一定的工程应用价值。
The deep-hole straightness is an important factor affecting the quality of deep hole parts. Due to the characteristics of deep hole, it has not high precision and high efficient measurements, nowadays. Therefore, this paper proposes a theory and relevant calculation method using a principle of uhrasonic and inversion method to measure deep hole straightness; and introduces a measuring device. With the designed device for deep hole straightness measurement and data processing, the experiment proved that the results can satisfy the measuring requirements, or efficiency ; and it is valuable for engineering application.
