利用Pro/E建立可调式负压抽屑装置的三维虚拟样机。对可调式负压抽屑装置结构进行了优化,改善了其密封性能;对影响负压效果的因素做了研究,给出了合理的加工数据;并对喷嘴做了有限元分析,选择了合理的壁厚参数。
Pro/Engineering is used to build three-dimensional virtual model of adjustable negative pressure pumping chip device. The structure optimization model is also established to improve sealing performance of adjustable negative pressure pumping chip device. The reasonable data about factors affecting negative effect is given. Thickness of nozzle are conducted based on universal finite element software, as well as right thickness parameters are also chosen.
