对于韧性高、切削性能差的难加工材料,采用一般的断屑和分屑方式很难得到理想的切屑形态。设计在进给方向上施加周期性脉冲,使钻头做周期性进给中断运动,以达到顺利断屑的目的。利用基于PC的伺服运动控制系统,通过运动控制卡发出脉冲信号控制伺服驱动器,对机床的进给部分进行实时操控。并利用C#语言在microsoft visual studio 2010开发环境中设计了周期进给深孔加工系统。实验测试结果达到了预期的断屑效果,实现了深孔加工进给系统的自动化控制,为难加工材料的排屑提供了一种有效的断屑措施。
For difficult-to-machine materials with high toughness and the worse performance of cutting,the general way of chip breaking and points crumbs is hard to get ideal chip morphology. The feed movement proceeding and interrupting periodically is designed through putting recurrent pulses on the direction of feed in order to achieve the purpose of smooth chip breaking. With servo motion control system based on PC control,using the pulse signal from a motion control card drives servo drive in order to take control of the feed part of machine tool in real time. The periodic feed system of deep hole processing is designed by using C# language in the microsoft visual studio 2010 development environment. The experimental testing result has achieved expected effect of the chip breaking. It realized automation control of the deep hole processing feed system,and an effective measure of chip breaking is provided to chip removal of difficult processing materials.
