单刃刚性铰加工具有高速切削、自动导向、加工表面粗糙度低等一系列优点,本文利用弹、塑性理论,研究了作用于导向块的力对孔壁的挤压效果,提出了单刃刚性铰刀铰削加工的两种不同工作状态,分析了铰削加工处于挤压状态的条件.经试验分析,得出为了获得良好的孔加工表面质量,必须使铰削加工处于挤压工作状态,确定了切削参数对切削力及表面粗糙度的影响.
Single-edge high-speed cutting rigid hinge processing is auto-oriented and of low surface roughness.The elastic and plastic theories were employed to study the force acting on the guide block and the compression effect on the pore wall.The single rigid blade reamer works at two different states.The extrusion conditions of the reamer was analyzed.It was concluded that in order to obtain good surface quality,the ream must be processed in extrusion reaming state.The corresponding cutting parameters,cutting force and surface roughness were determined.
