以某新型ANG汽车储气罐的结构优化为例,利用APDL语言对ANSYS软件进行了二次开发,创建对应的交互界面.建立了箱体参数化的三维实体有限元模型,并对其进行了有限元分析,然后以储气罐轻量化设计为优化目标,利用ANSYS优化设计的优化设计模块和APDL语言,对储气罐的结构参数进行了优化计算,获得较合理的结构尺寸.结果表明:在保证储气罐各种性能的前提下,储气罐优化后的质量比优化前减少了26.33%,同时表明APDL的使用,对加快分析进度,提高设计效率具有重要的指导意义.
It takes the structure optimization of a new type of ANG automobile gas storage for example to proceed the secondary development of ANSYS software by taking advantage of APDL language.The corresponding interface is establishea.A parameterized finite element model of three-dimensional tank is established and analyzea.By the use of APDL language and optimization design region of ANSYS,the structural parameters of the gas storage are made of an optimized calculation which is aimed at gasholder lightweight.Reasonable structural size is got.The result shows that the quality of gas storage is decreased by 26.33% less than before.Meanwhile it also shows that the use of APDL provides important guidance value for speeding up the progress of the analysis and improves the efficiency of the design.
