深孔直线度是深孔零件的主要精度指标,由于孔内空间狭长,直线度的测量一直较为困难。提出两弦定心法深孔直线度检测方案,对深孔直线度进行非接触测量。该装置以激光作为直线度误差的参照标准,通过4个传感器沿4个方向的相互垂直布置,构建了检测数据坐标系,利用PSD数据将装配误差与测量误差分离。介绍了装置的主要结构及其检测原理,分析了由于杆件挠度产生的主要误差项,提出了误差降低的途径,并得到测量结果的修正公式。
Deep hole straightness are the main indicators of deep precision parts. Because of the narrow hole space, measuring straightness has been more difficult. This paper presents two chord determine circle center deep hole straightness detection scheme, this scheme for deep hole straightness using non-contact measurement. The laser as a reference standard,using four sensors which arranged in four directions and perpendicular to each other, constructed to detect the data coordinate system. By using the PSD could separated the assembly error and the measurement error. This paper introduces the main structure and principle of the device, analyzes the main error term, proposed the corresponding ways to reduce errors and obtained the approach of Correction test results.
