针对钛合金材料深孔钻削的加工特性,对钻削系统、钻头结构、刀具材料和进给量进行了分析研究,达到改善钛合金深孔钻削加工性能的目的。同时使用修磨过钻头横刃并优化几何参数的麻花钻钻头对钛合金材料进行深孔钻削试验,钻削直径20mm深120mm的通孔。通过对试验结果的分析,确定出合理的钻头几何参数。
According to the processing characteristics of titanium alloy deep hole drilling,the alloy deep hole drilling processability was improved through the analytical investigation of the drilling system, bit structure, cutting tool material and amount of feed. The titanium alloy material was tested for deep hole drilling, a through hole with drilling diameter 20 mm deep 120 ram, using a bit of grinding chisel edge and optimizing geometric parameters. Through the analysis of the test result, the reasonable bit geometric parameters was determined.
