为促进我国塑料大棚的抗风技术研究,该文从强风对塑料大棚破坏的基本特征、抗风技术和标准研究现状三方面对日本的抗风技术进行总结和梳理。根据调研结果,强风破坏塑料大棚的形式有骨架横向变形、膨胀破坏、山墙倾斜、屋面凹陷和连接件破坏。针对不同的破坏特征,应一方面通过增加支撑杆件或构件等方式对塑料大棚骨架进行补强,另一方面采用抗拔力较高的桩基础来提高塑料大棚抗风性能,此外还要采用强度较高的连接件避免塑料大棚在结构杆件未发挥抗拉或抗弯作用的情况下就失稳破坏。目前塑料大棚或塑料温室的荷载计算和结构设计方面还存在许多不足,亟需加强相关研究来提高塑料大棚抗风技术的研发水平。
To improve the study of anti-wind technology on plastic house,this paper reviewed the anti-wind researches and technologies of plastic tunnel in views of the destruction characteristics of plastic tunnel under strong wind,anti-wind technologies and the standards.According to the investigations,the destruction characteristics of plastic tunnel or greenhouse under strong wind can be summarized as the transverse bending of framework,the expansion destruction,and the incline of gable wall,the roof depression and the connector failure.To avoid the destructions of plastic tunnel under strong wind,it is necessary to add members or frameworks to avoid the framework failure of plastic tunnel or greenhouse.On the other hand,it is also important to employ the prober foundation to prevent it from being pull out under strong wind.Besides,the new connectors should be developed to prevent the plastic tunnel or greenhouse from being broken when the structure tubes still can bear larger loads.
