塑料大棚主要由薄壁钢构件组成,而钢结构的稳定破坏一般会先于强度破坏,于是研究钢结构主要承载构件的计算长度至关重要。国内外对该类拱棚结构平面内计算长度并未给出相关规定。根据《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》给出的裸拱拱轴线计算长度系数,借鉴桥梁结构上比较成熟的理论——等效梁柱法,通过理论推导和有限元屈曲分析,对比两者的计算长度系数,数值相当,说明桥梁规范对拱圈计算长度的规定同样适用于拱棚结构,对实际工程具有一定的指导意义。
thin-walled steel member is main component of plastic tunnel, and stability failure usually before the strength failure, so analyzing the calculation length is important. Both in China and abroad, no formulation for this structure' s calculation length in plane is put forward. According to the calculation length factor of the arch axis provided in the Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridge and Culverts and equivalent beam-column method, by theoretical inference and finite element buckling analysis, values are matched. This results demonstrate its effectiveness, and have guiding significance to practice engineering design.
