墙体作为日光温室的主要承重构件,对温室的结构安全稳定至关重要。现提出了一种适于日光温室的新型钢架组合墙体结构,研究了该墙体的结构承力和稳定性分析方法。并以目前温室中常用的几种规格的矩形钢管作为梁和立柱,对其结构性能进行了计算比较。结果表明:以80mm×120mm×3.0mm的矩形钢管为梁、150mm×150mm×5.0mm的矩形钢管为立柱的组合结构是安全又经济的结构构件。
As the main load-bearing member of solar greenhouse, wall is critical to the structural safe and stability of the greenhouse. The Steel-frame wall was put forward in the paper. The mechanical performance of the Steel-frame wall were studied and the structural performance of different specifications beams and columns with rectangular steel pipe were analyzed. The results showed that the new walls with the 80 mm × 120 mm × 3. 0 mm rectangular steel pipe as beams and the 150 mm× 150 mm× 5. 0 mm rectangular steel pipe as columns were able to guarantee the stability of the wall structure in the lowest price level.
