黄瓜穴盘育苗潮汐灌溉技术研究

为筛选黄瓜穴盘育苗最优潮汐灌溉制度,以"津绿19号"黄瓜为试材,分析了潮汐灌溉(T1、T2、T3、T4处理)和顶部洒水灌溉(T5处理)条件下黄瓜穴盘苗生长、生理变化、基质性质和灌水量指标。结果表明,T1和T4处理黄瓜穴盘苗生长势强,壮苗指数、光合效率和根系活力最高,差异显著。与顶部洒水灌溉(T5)相比,潮汐灌溉处理(T1、T2、T3和T4)基质电导率低、灌水量少,且分别节水26.86%、33.72%、32.90%和24.00%。潮汐灌溉正交试验的3因素对株高、茎粗、G值、净光合速率和灌水量影响的主次顺序均为灌溉频率〉灌水高度〉灌水时间。黄瓜穴盘幼苗灌溉方法以潮汐灌溉为宜,且试验条件下黄瓜穴盘育苗潮汐灌溉的最优灌溉制度组合为灌溉高度1.5cm、灌溉时间30min、灌溉频率1次/2d。

英文摘要:

In order to select the optimal ebb and flow irrigation system of cucumber seedling,with"Jinyou No.19"cucumber as test material,the seedling growth and physiological changes of cucumber plug,matrix properties and irrigation index were analyzed under top sprinkling irrigation and ebb and flow irrigation.The results indicated that cucumber seedling growth,seedling index,photosynthetic efficiency and root vigor were the highest under T1 and T4treatments,and there were significant differences.Compared with the top sprinkling irrigation(T5),substrate conductivity and irrigation amount were low,and could save water by 26.86%,33.72%,32.90% and 24%respectively under ebb and flow irrigation treatments(T1,T2,T3 and T4).The important order of 3factors on plant height,stem diameter,G value,net photosynthetic rate and amount of irrigation were all that irrigation frequencyirrigation heightirrigation time in orthogonal test of ebb and flow irrigation.Irrigation methods of cucumber seedling should be preferred in ebb and flow irrigation,and the optimal irrigation system of cucumber seedling ebb and flow irrigation was the irrigation height of 1.5cm,the irrigation time of 30 min and the irrigation frequency of1 time per two days under the tested conditions.
