湿球温度是农业设施中空气环境调控的重要参数。目前,多数测定空气状态的仪器均是直接测定干球温度、相对湿度,不直接测定湿球温度;但环境控制工程的设计、生产中的环境调控管理和一些问题分析时需要准确地计算湿球温度。因此,根据测定的干球温度与相对湿度计算湿球温度是一个需要解决的典型问题,过去的查表法以及一些经验算法存在不够方便或适应范围小、精度不高等问题。为此,基于工程热力学的理论中对于湿球温度的科学定义,构建了通过干球温度和相对湿度计算湿球温度的精确方法,并采用了确保收敛的改进迭代法求解,利用计算机进行简单编程计算可以精确得出湿球温度。该计算方法适应范围宽、精度高,可应用于农业设施空气环境调控中湿球温度的计算。
Wet bulb temperature is an important parameter of air environment regulating in agricultural facilities.For now, most of the instruments for measuring air state are measuring dry bulb temperature and relative humidity directly while wet bulb temperature is not measured directly, but it’ s necessary to calculate the wet bulb temperature accurately when designing environmental control engineering, regulating the environment in the production and analyzing some prob-lems.Therefore, it is a typical problem to be solved to calculating wet bulb temperature based on the measured dry bulb temperature and relative humidity, the methods of look-up table and some empirical algorithms in the past have some problems such as not convenient enough, small adaptation, no high precision.The paper constructed a precise method for calculating the wet bulb temperature by dry bulb temperature and relative humidity, and adopted improved iteration meth-od which is converged for solving based on the scientific definition of the wet bulb temperature in the theory of thermody-namics,wet bulb temperature can be precisely calculated by using simple computer programming.The calculated method has some advantages like wide range of adaptation and high precision,the method can be used to calculate the wet bulb temperature of the air environment regulation in agricultural facilities.
