以草莓(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.)品种06-L87-1为试验材料,采用盆栽的方式,研究了5种营养液配方对草莓生长及果实品质的影响。试验结果表明,使用营养液配方Ⅲ处理的草莓,其植株生长状况最好,而且叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度均显著高于其他营养液配方。使用营养液配方Ⅳ处理的草莓,其果实可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可滴定酸含量、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量均优于其他营养液配方,而果实抗坏血酸含量仅低于配方Ⅰ,但显著高于其他配方。综合分析表明,营养液配方Ⅲ最适宜草莓生长,营养液配方Ⅳ的草莓果实品质最佳,该配方有利于提高草莓的果实品质。
The effects of five types of nutrient solution formulas on growth and fruit quality of the strawberry were studied with cultivar 06-L87-1 planted in the pot as the experimental material. Results showed that, under treatment formula Ⅲ,the plant growth of strawberry was the best and net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,inter-cellular CO2 concentrations,and stomatal conductance of the leaf were significantly higher than that of other nutrient solution formulas. Under treatment formulaⅣ,The soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,titratable acid content, fruit hardness, soluble solid content of strawberry fruit were superior to that of other nutrient solution formulas,and the fruit ascorbic acid content was only lower than that of formula I,but it was significantly higher than that of other formulas. Comprehensive analysis showed that nutrient solution formula Ⅲ was the most suitable for the growth of strawberry. Nutrient solution formula Ⅳ was helpful to improve the fruit quality of strawberry.
