按提升机远程故障诊断系统功能的要求,构建该系统,设计系统硬件、使用和开发数据处理软件。论述了系统的在线工作站和远程诊断中心的工作原理,着重探讨了系统用SGWT及相关软件处理轴承振动信号的方法,指出了远程中心对复杂信号识别和处理技术是实现远程诊断的基础和关键。系统的远程诊断结果表明:该方法克服了传统小波降噪信息丢失的缺陷,既可以有效地去噪,又可清晰地分离逼近、细节信号,对细节信号进行Hilbert包络和谱分析,可有效地识别轴承振动的故障频率。
Remote diagnosis system of hoist is constructed in terms of demand of its function, hardware of it is designed, and software of data processing are used and are developed. Operating principles of online workstations and remote diagnosis center of it are treated, and method of bearing vibration signal processing of it is discussed emphatically by SGWT and lots of relevant software, and technique of intricate signal identify and processing of remote diagnosis center is a base and bottle neck. The remote diagnosis result of it indicates that the method overcomes the defect of local information losing in noise reduction by the traditional wavelets, it can reduce noise effectively as well as separate approach and detail signals. The detail signal is processed by Hilbert - envelope and spectrum analysis can identify characteristic frequency of bearing fault availably.
