根据设备网络化远程监测和故障诊断应用的需求,从提高系统的可复用性、可伸缩性和互操作性出发,提出基于面向服务架构(service-oriented architecture,SOA)的分布式远程监测和故障诊断协作模型和企业级远程监测和故障诊断系统架构。在.NET和LabVIEW平台下,利用分布式编程模型(windows communication foundation,WCF)、Web服务等技术开发程序实例,验证了该体系架构的有效性。指出,在设备远程监测和故障诊断系统开发和应用领域中引入SOA概念及其相关技术,将大大提高分布式故障诊断系统的扩展性、伸缩性。
According to the requirements of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis application and for the purpose of system reusability, scalability and interoperability, the distributed and cooperative remote fault diagnosis model and architecture of enterprise machinery remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) are proposed. Availability of this architecture is verified through the applications which are developed in both. NET and LabVIEW environment by utilizing the technologies of distributed programming model -- WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and Web service etc. It is pointed out that the introduction of SOA and its related technologies into the area of machinery remote diagnosis system development and application improves the expansibility and scalability of distributed fault diagnosis system to a great extent.
