介绍了应用低维纳米结构提高转换效率的新型太阳电池的研究现状,分别说明了基于量子点、量子线、量子阱结构新型太阳电池的工作原理、制备工艺、存在的问题及最新进展。同时,给出了这些太阳电池未来的发展方向,指出其在太阳电池领域中的重要地位。
Research status of various nanostructures applied for new solar cell of enhancing conventional solar cells are introduced. The cell designs are categorized by the types of nanostructure, including quantum dots, quantum wires, quantum wells. The basic working principles, fabrication methods, existing problems and latest developments are described, followed by the introduction of luther research directions.
