英文摘要：
Objective To study and propose a cancer screening promotion system（CSPS）for outpatient clinicians in identifying patients at risk and counseling them to seek cancer screening.Methods Literature review and expert consultation were used to build modules for estimating cancer risks.Rapid prototyping was used to develop CSPS.ASP.NET＋SQL SEVER＋C# were used as system development platform and programming language.Results A practical CSPS was developed,which provided convenient information collection and risk estimation tools as well as standard operating procedures for clinicians to perform screening promotion based on proven counseling theories.Conclusions CSPS can be an effective cancer risk estimation and cancer screening promotion tool.
