目的 了解乡镇卫生院人力资源结构现状及变化趋势.方法 采用自制EXCEL调查表逐一收集卫生院人员的学历、年龄等资料;采用分布曲线、构成比等分析数据.结果 共获得5726个人员的数据;近40年中,样本地区卫生院技术人员的增长快于非技术人员,大专学历人员增长快于中专,但本科学历构成始终维持在很低水平;曾出现两次相对集中的人员流入和两次较大的人员流出.结论 卫生院人员结构逐渐改善,但存在亟待解决的问题.
Objective To acquire the status and tendency of human resources structure in township health centers. Methods In- formation such as age, education etc. of staff in township health centers was gathered with designed questionnaires and the data with distribu- tion curve and constituent ration were analyzed. Results Data of 5726 staff had been collected. In recent 40 years, the increase rate of tech- nician was higher than that of non - technician in township health centers of sample areas ; the increase rate of staff with junior college diploma was higher than that of staff with technical secondary school diploma, and the proportion of staff with regular college course remained in a low level; there were two noticeable staff inflows and outflows in history. Conclusion The composition of staff in township health centers has been improved. However, there are still some urgent problems to be solved.
