目的:以eCROPS防控模型为基础,设计网络化的糖尿病综合防控辅助系统,以帮助村医进行规范化的糖尿病防控管理,提高农村地区糖尿病的综合防控能力.方法:系统开发以微软Visual Studio 2008为开发平台、SQL Server2005作为数据管理工具、C#为编程语言.系统设计的核心内容包括:为农村糖尿病防控工作提供一个切实有效的规范化操作规程;为基层村医提供简洁适用的防控辅助工具.“防控规程”和“计算机系统”的设计均采用快速原型法且同步实施、相互补充.结果:提出了以低成本、高效率和可持续为特色的糖尿病综合防控规程以及促进这一规程顺利实施的网络化辅助系统.系统中设置了咨询服务支持、生活方式菜谱、操作工具箱、补偿机制支持、筛查检测支持、教育/评价/远程支持6个主要功能模块.结论:将复杂的糖尿病防控工作规范化、程序化基本可行.研究提出的防控规程及辅助系统为农村地区的糖尿病防控提供了新的策略、方法和技术.
Objective To develop a B/S system against diabetes based on eCROPS prevention and control model, and help vil- lage doctors to carry out standardized prevention and control of diabetes. Methods Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 was utilized as plat- form, SQL Server 2005 as data management tool, and C# as programming language to develop the B/S system, which involved in dy- namic interaction between development of practical and effective standardized operation procedures (SOP) and electronic assis- tance for implementing these procedures. Rapid prototyping was employed in deriving both the SOP and computer system. Results A low-cost, high-efficient and sustainable SOP assistance system was developed, which provided support on six main aspects, mainly as counseling diabetes prevention, planning lifestyle changes, selecting operational techniques, designing performance-based incen- tives ,delivering screening service, and performing education, evaluation and electronic interchanges. Conclusion It is feasible to standardize and program complex diabetes prevention. The SOP and assistant system provide new strategies and methodologies for diabetes prevention and control in rural areas.
