目的：探讨肿瘤跨领域协同防控体系建设的目标、策略和措施。方法：应用文献综述及理论分析方法。结果：建立肿瘤跨领域协同防控体系应采取以下策略：遵循肿瘤规律,创新综合策略;面向本土居民,形成核心特色;整合可得资源,发挥协同优势;统筹规划设计,综合应对挑战。同时需重点加强组织协作网络、建立防控队列、研发模型规范、培育督导团队、构筑技术平台、引入协同机制六个方面的工作。结论：有效的肿瘤协同防控体系需要有明确的目标、跨领域协同策略和亦经验证的措施。
英文摘要：
Objective To propose goals, strategies and measures for establishing multi--factor and interdisciplinary systems against cancer epidemic in China. Methods The study used literature review and theoretical analysis in reaching its end. Results Building up multi--factor and interdisciplinary system against tumor should： a） utilize innovative strat- egies according to proven evidences b） serve the real needs of local residents through continuous socio--cultural sensi- tization c） mobilize available resources in a synergetic way,d） develop pragmatic plans stressing long--term views and comprehensive strategies. Specific efforts should be put on establishment of tumor control network,target groups for continuous intervention,prediction models and intervention protocols, supervision and technical system team, technical facilities and policies and regulation for collaboration. Conclusion Effective tumor control system depends on clearly stated goals,synergetic strategies and pragmatic measures.
